A versatile spirit

From original cocktails to perfect serves, gin is suited to a variety of drinks

The Perfect Serve

“I’ve been in the industry for 18 years and I’m confident that I know what I’m looking for. I know what I like and what I don’t like, and I like creating products that I would drink myself.”

– Fiona Walsh, Redcastle Spirits.

In a Champagne flute, add 25ml of Redcastle Raspberry & Pomegranate Liqueur and top up with chilled Prosecco or Champagne.

Or, in a copa glass, pour 50ml of Redcastle Raspberry & Pomegranate Gin Liqueur over good quality ice and top up with Fentimans Rose Lemonade.  Garnish with a few fresh seasonal berries.
