A certain style in Lanarkshire

The ML3 Bar

A RECENTLY-refurbished style bar in Hamilton has come onto the books of Smith & Clough Business Associates.

The ML3 Bar, which was established by its current owner in 2004, sits on the corner of Muir Street and Montrose Crescent in the South Lanarkshire town and is said to benefit from its proximity to Hamilton Racecourse, the University of the West of Scotland’s Hamilton campus and South Lanarkshire Council’s headquarters.

The 120-cover outlet, which was recently refurbished “to an extremely high standard”, is said to benefit from a “loyal and regular” customer base, according to the selling agent.

Jonathan Clough of Smith & Clough, which is marketing the business at offers over £450,000 for the freehold, said there is “huge potential” for an owner operator to increase profitability further by extending the opening hours and introducing a food offer.
