AN EDINBURGH hotel has released its own gin in collaboration with the OroGin Distilling Company.
Staff from the Principal Edinburgh George Street hotel worked with the distillery, which is based in Dumfries & Galloway, to create Principal Gin.
Andreas Maszczyk, the hotel’s general manager, said: “We are very excited to now have our very own exclusive gin, and look forward to sharing this with our regular guests and local customers.”
The gin is priced at £39 per bottle.
