A HIGHLAND hotel with views of the Isle of Skye has changed hands in a deal brokered by Bruce & Co.
The Morar Hotel near the port of Mallaig was acquired by Stuart Sherwood for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £400,000.
Bruce & Co said the hotel, which has been run by Kirsten Ryan since 2006, has a “long tradition” of being operated as a family business and has had just four previous owners.
The property comprises a restaurant, bar, and a function room which can accommodate 80 to 160 guests.
Bruce & Co said the hotel attracted 40 viewers and that the sale was concluded within three months.
