All change for Johnstone bar

A CORNER pub in the Renfrewshire town of Johnstone is in new hands following a deal negotiated by Bruce & Co.
Situated on the town’s High Street, Colliers Bar is said to benefit from both its “prime” location and an established clientele.

Much of the pub’s trade is said to come from the local community, with revenues split between wet and dry sales.
The business is described as “easily managed” and it is “seeing turnover increase year-on-year”, according to the selling agent.
Colliers Bar was sold after five viewings and two separate offers.
“I’m very happy that this sale was completed, allowing Mr Docherty to retire knowing his pub is in safe hands,” said Bruce & Co sales negotiator Safa Sultan.
