The property, on South Charlotte Street, is now home to Paul Reynolds’ tea lounge and gin bar concepts, which trade during the day and in the evening respectively. Reynolds also operates outlets on Glasgow’s Renfield Street, Byres Road and Virginia Court.
The deal was negotiated by Cornerstone on behalf of previous tenant, Casual Dining Group, parent company of La Tasca.
Cornerstone’s Barry McNeil said the firm was “delighted to have acted in this transaction to secure a high quality operator for a great central site in Edinburgh”.
