A hotel in north west Scotland is poised to change hands this month.
The 11-bedroom Eddrachilles Hotel in Sutherland changed hands for an undisclosed sum; the property had been marketed with a price tag of offers over £600,000.
Set in four acres overlooking Badcall Bay, the hotel also has a bar and restaurant.
Paul Hart of selling agent ASG Commercial said the property attracted interest “from the minute we put it to the market”.
