Natural Selection Brewing, the collaborative project between Edinburgh’s Stewart Brewing and Heriot-Watt University, is set to release its latest beer.

Bitter Descent, an American extra special bitter, will be available in can, keg, cask and bottle formats. It was created by students at the university’s International Centre of Brewing and Distilling and will be launched at an event at Teviot Row House on July 2.
