A TEN-bedroom hotel in Dunfermline has changed hands after 24 years with the same owner.
The sale of Davaar House Hotel, a detached Victorian villa near the town centre, also included a separate three-bedroom house.
Marketed for £525,000, it is the first venture for Annie Cotterell-Wilkie and Russell Wilkie.
Previous owners Jim and Doreen Jarvis have now retired from the business after operating the hotel for over two decades.
Alistair Letham, of selling agent Colliers International, said the hotel is “a delightful property and business, and represents an excellent opportunity for Annie Cotterell-Wilkie and Russell Wilkie to further develop its potential”.
