A NEW owner is being sought for a village hotel in Wigtownshire.

The Kelvin House Hotel in Glenluce, between Stranraer and Newton Stewart, is being offered to the market at a new reduced price of offers over £200,000.
Located on the main street, the hotel has six bedrooms, a lounge bar, dining room, and a small function room; there are also private rooms for owners.
Current owners Iain and Roseann Jarvie have owned and operated the business since 2006 and now plan to retire from the trade.
Alistair Letham, a director with selling agent Colliers International, said: “The Kelvin House Hotel is a great small business and a comfortable private home for resident owners, in a delightful south west Scotland location.”
