A TEN-year lease for a high street pub 400m from Scotland’s national rugby stadium has come onto the market.
The Murrayfield Bar on Edinburgh’s Roseburn Terrace is available on a standard Punch Taverns full repairing and insuring lease which began in 2011. Rent is £33,408.44 per annum, reviewed every five years.
The bar is said to attract local trade from nearby Saughton and Roseburn, as well as B&Bs, offices and rugby fans on match days. There is a small galley kitchen, and food is currently said to account for 15% of turnover.
Agent Seymour & Clink is inviting offers over £40,000.
