• Historic Scotland is said to have recently renovated the exterior of Ciro’s in Callander.

OPERATORS looking for a business in a popular tourist area might be interested in a Callander restaurant which has come onto the books of property firm Seymour & Clink.

Ciro’s is a 50-cover Italian restaurant which is said to benefit from both local custom and tourist trade due to its location in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.
The restaurant’s kitchen is said to have undergone a recent refurbishment while its exterior received a facelift from Historic Scotland.
Tricia Clink of Seymour & Clink said the sale represents “a superb opportunity to lease or own a 50-cover modern restaurant in a very popular area”.
Offers over £20,000 are sought for the leasehold with an annual rent of £19,000.
