Highland hotel hits market

Allt nan Ros Hotel

THE Alt nan Ros Hotel in Onich, near Fort William, has come onto the books of Colliers International.

The hotel, which ceased trading in September of last year, is set in 2.5 acres and comprises 21 letting rooms, a restaurant, bar, lounge and staff accommodation.
Alistair Letham of Colliers International said the hotel benefits from a “superb trading position” on the west coast of the Scottish Highlands.
“It is an impressive and substantial property, which offers an outstanding opportunity for the new owners to build a thriving leisure destination,” said Letham.
Colliers International is inviting offers around £300,000 for the Alt nan Ros Hotel.
