THE leasehold for the Aragon bar on Glasgow’s Byres Road has come onto the market.
Kevin Hunter of selling agent CDLH said the sale offers “a fantastic opportunity” to pick up a business on the “ever popular west end licensed circuit”.
“The business is currently trading successfully under management with great potential for an experienced hands-on operator to increase profits and develop the business further,” said Hunter.
The current tenant is seeking offers over £95,000 for the existing business including all fixtures and fittings. The rental is £33,400 per annum.
