CONSTRUCTION work on a new warehouse at Islay distillery Kilchoman has been completed.

The 2400 square metre facility, which is said to have a capacity of 10,000 casks, has been built to meet what’s said to be growing demand for Kilchoman whiskies.
Distillery boss Anthony Wills said the new warehouse “opens up a number of opportunities” for the business.
Kilchoman, which opened in 2005, was the first distillery to be built on Islay in 124 years.
