Who will claim this royal throne?

The hotel is located in Tighnabruaich.

AN Argyll & Bute hotel which is listed in the 2013 Michelin Guide is up for sale.

Dating from 1865, the Royal an Lochan Hotel in Tighnabruaich originally operated as a 21-bedroom hotel, however a recent refurbishment converted the building into 11 suites.
The property also comprises the 24-cover Deck Conservatory Restaurant, which overlooks Loch Fyne, the Shinty Public Bar, which offers seating for a further 20, and a 26-cover guests’ dining room.
Jayne Adamson of selling agent Bruce & Co said the hotel occupies a “stunning” location overlooking Loch Fyne.
“The sale of The Royal an Lochan Hotel offers a rare opportunity to purchase a high quality, beautifully presented Argyll hotel, which is trading extremely successfully but with potential for expansion of the business,” she said. Offers over £625,000 are sought for the freehold.
