A LOCH-side accommodation business in rural Perthshire is up for sale.

Located in the village of St Fillans on the banks of Loch Earn, Achray House Hotel, Restaurant & Lodges comprises an eight-bedroom hotel and three self-catering lodges to the rear of the property.

The asking price also includes three self-catering lodges as part of the property.

The main hotel has a lounge with open fire and a lounge bar which leads on to the conservatory restaurant overlooking the loch; there’s also a decking area suitable for external dining and drinking.
Located within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, Achray House is said to benefit from its central location, with 35 golf courses and over 50 Munros within an hours drive from the property.
Stuart Gillies, at selling agent the Scottish Business Centre, said Achray House Hotel has seen a “tremendous level of investment over recent years”. It was previously known as Victoria Cottage – a name inspired by Queen Victoria, who is said to have commented on the property’s elegance while passing through St Fillans. The Scottish Business Centre is marketing Achray House Hotel, Restaurant & Lodges with an asking price of £750,000.
