GREENE King has launched limited edition blonde ale Caritas to help raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Caritas, which is Latin for ‘charity’, is a 4% ABV ale that’s said to have a “slight citrus taste and a fruity aroma”.
Five pence from every pint of Caritas sold will go to Macmillan as part of Greene King’s pledge last year to raise more than £1 million for the charity.
Chris Houlton of the brewer and pubco said: “Ale fans can enjoy a distinctive new beer while helping us to raise money for a great cause.”
