A NEW owner is being sought for restaurant premise in Glenrothes.

Currently trading as Wok ‘n’ Spice Chinese buffet, the 5440 sq ft purpose-built restaurant is located close to the main A92 route. The 200-cover eatery is split into two dining areas and also offers a waiting area with bar, buffet display, kitchen and beer store.
Jonathan Reid, commercial partner at Shepherd, who is marketing the property with a price tag of offers over £1.2 million, said the restaurant has been completed to a “high standard”.
“This attractive restaurant is situated on a busy vehicular thoroughfare and is an easily accessed location,” he said.
“As well as being adjacent to a busy and popular commercial/industrial estate, surrounding occupiers include a BP petrol filling station and Travelodge.”
