BARRACUDA Pub Group, which has 11 outlets in largely provincial Scottish towns, has introduced a new breakfast menu across its estate.

The ‘enhanced’ menu includes warm pancakes with raspberries, yogurt and oats; eggs benedict and ‘the Daddy English breakfast’, comprising four rashers of naturally-smoked bacon, four grilled pork sausages, two fried eggs, beans, tomato, mushrooms and toast.
“At the start of the year, we had a promotion where we offered our customers the perfect start to their day with a breakfast at £1.99,” said Kate Eastwood, head of food at the Barracuda Group.
“Due to the great success of this promotion we are extending it alongside the introduction of a menu that offers variety and quality to keep our customers interested.”
The company has also bolstered its breakfast drinks range with the inclusion of brands such as Costa Coffee, Twinings, PG Tips and flavoured teas.
Breakfast customers can also upgrade to Ocean Spray cranberry and orange juice for £1 extra.
